Hey guys, I didn't have enough time physically to be able do my initial goals due to work AND the three online classes that I am taking. My initial goals were to spend 25 minutes gardening, an hour cooking a healthy meal for another person, and an hour and a half researching new educational issues and developments. This initially totaled up to 2 hours and 55 minutes a week.  However, my new (and more achievable) goals is to spend 20 minutes gardening, an hour cooking, and 45 minutes researching new educational issues and strives. My new goals total up to 2 hours and 5 minutes. Overall, way more doable. My project so far has taught me three very essential things;
1.) People love it when you cook for them (my parents are ecstatic that this is a thing)
2.)  I absolutely love gardening. There is nothing better than planting something and watching it grow with a little TLC. My mint is my plant baby. I love using my mint to freshen up all of my drinks and add that little extra mint umph. My basil is also delicious and a great ingredient to add in Italian dishes.
3.) Education is such a complex field. I already knew this from all of the classes I've taken but WOW. Researching around has shown me so many cool new techniques that are happening in the education field.
What you guys can do to help? Again, any suggestions would be wonderful. Also, I'm still not sure what my spiny looking plant is...anyone have an idea? Thanks!
