Growing, Creating, and Exploring through Gardening, Cooking and Reading
Hey everyone, this summer I would like to achieve personal, philanthropic, and professional growth. For my project I have chosen to take on three different hobbies; gardening, cooking and reading. I will put the most focus on the professional aspect of this project. 
Personal: I plan on using gardening to promote personal growth.  I believe that by learning how to sustain life I will find deep fulfillment by seeing the care that I put into my plants radiate as they grow. I plan on focusing 20 minutes a week to my gardening and monitoring the growth of my plants. 

Philanthropic: I plan on cooking a wholesome meal for someone else each week. By doing this I will be promoting the personal well being of my friends/family. I plan on cooking one meal a week for another person and devoting an hour of my time to food preparation and cooking while focusing on maintaining a healthy menu. 
Professional: I plan on devoting 45 minutes each week to becoming more aware of what is happening in the education system. I will do this by searching out news articles and YouTube videos regarding education in the public school system and will then connect what I have learned to how I believe this might affect me one day as a future teacher.

How you can help: You guys can help by sending gardening suggestions, healthy recipe suggestions, and new articles/and or videos regarding education that you come across that you find interesting.
